The Ministry has been actively working on this issue and has engaged with the concerned parties.<\/p>\n<p>Given that aviation matters and airport services are technical fields, bound by international laws and specific operational procedures, they are not subject to political posturing, public debate, or parliamentary grandstanding. Moreover, advice or suggestions from those who have failed in their duties are of no benefit to Somaliland&#8217;s airspace.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, the Ministry wishes to inform the public of the Republic of Somaliland that, while fulfilling its constitutional obligations, it has taken all necessary steps. Consequently, all aircraft operating within the airports of the Republic of Somaliland and those utilizing Somaliland&#8217;s airspace must comply fully with the Aviation and Travel laws of Somaliland.
