The accused stand charged with the murder of Sahra Cartan Xirsi and her three daughters, who were violently killed in the Qaayib area of Galgaduud. This case has sparked public outcry and concern, as it highlights serious issues of gender-based violence and the safety of women in Somalia.

The court session today was attended by several government officials from the Galmudug region, alongside security officers, local community leaders, and lawyers representing the accused.
